Means of payment:
- We will gladly accept your EC card (with Maestro function)
- Credit cards - Visa & Mastercard
- Please mind the limits imposed by your bank.
Booking conditions:
We adhere to the requirements of the Austrian Hotel Regulations when it comes to bookings and possible cancellations.

Child discounts
Generous kids' discounts (kids 10 and younger stay free of charge in their parent’s room. Kids aged 11 to 16 get a 30% discount)
COVID-19 Cancellation Policy:
Due to the current situation, all booked rooms can be cancelled free of charge until 6 pm on the day of arrival. Subject to change!
Dogs:
Your four-legged friends are welcome in our hotel, just as long as they don’t sleep in the beds and they take their place beneath the benches in the dining room. Additional cleaning fee: €15 per stay and dog.
Smoking:
Our rooms are all non-smoking. The restaurant is also a completely smoke-free environment. Please smoke only on the balcony, terrace, or outdoor areas and use an ashtray. Thank you for your understanding!
