Managed by Edith and Christoph, our kitchen is the beating heart of our hotel. Our highly committed kitchen team always strives to serve up new creations and special delicacies from local and international cuisine.
Small wonder that many loyal regulars make the pilgrimage to the Pitztal valley again and again just because of the good food.
The Pitztaler Hof is the ideal place for smaller club or company celebrations, as well as family dinners for a baptism, first communion or anniversaries. Upon request, we can prepare tailored menus.
Fine wine selection
Keen on a velvety red or perhaps a sparkling white? You don't have to figure out the ideal accompaniment on your own: Our sommelière Barbara will advise you on the best fine wines from our cellar.
To the extent possible, Christoph procures the food for the meals & buffets from the local area. Time after time, seasonal specialties also enrich the menu.
A great many of our guests suffer from allergies and food intolerances. That’s no reason to skip a stop at the Pitztaler Hof! Our kitchen team will be happy to prepare tasty and variety-rich dishes, which are well tolerated by those with celiac disease, lactose intolerance, etc. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements when booking your holiday or making a table reservation. A diversity of choices included
Our comfort half-board (link to included services) features a breakfast buffet and choice of menus in the evening, an afternoon buffet from 3 pm to 6 pm, various theme evenings, and one 6-course gala dinner per week. Our younger guests can choose from a separate children's menu.
